Tairua Women's Fitness
Do you want to get fit, make friends and have fun exercising? Tairua Women's Fitness (TWF) provide a weekday timetable of guided circuit workout sessions held at different times during the day and night. Circuit sessions are tailored to suit all fitness levels and abilities. TWF welcomes women of all ages, stages, shapes and sizes. Equipment, music and facilitation is provided and no prior experience is necessary. Sessions are held at Tairua Rugby Club and are 45mins-1hour.
